Yes, absolutely. In My Cards, click the copy button next to the ID card you want to duplicate, then edit the new card with the next cardholder’s details. Repeat this for each additional card you need.

We accept JPG and PNG files and recommend that your logos and photographs are no smaller than 800 × 600 pixels. Please keep each file below 800 KB; the ideal resolution for print is 300 dpi.

We use high-quality Fotodek cards made from white, premium-grade 760 micron PVC plastic. They are the same size as a standard credit card and conform to the ISO/IEC 7813 standard. Each card is 0.76 mm thick, has rounded corners with a radius of 3.18 mm, and measures 85.60 × 53.98 mm (3.370 × 2.125 inches).

Your ID card is intended to be seen, so wear it on your upper torso using a breakaway lanyard or clip and a suitable cardholder. Our cards are laminated, but when your card isn’t in use, keep it away from sharp or abrasive objects. Clean it with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. For physical roles or harsher environments, we recommend a fully enclosed cardholder.

Yes, you can design and order ID cards on most modern mobiles, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.

Yes, we can. However, our card printers are sensitive to dust and blemishes, so we can only accept blank cards that are still sealed in their original packaging.

No. You’ll only ever pay for the ID cards you need. If you expect to order frequently or need higher volumes in future, you may prefer our managed ID card service.

Yes. When you’re logged in, go to Orders and click the order reference number. Your VAT invoice is available from the order details.

Yes, we do. International orders are sent using a Royal Mail tracked or signed-for service. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Our Design Help gives you practical advice on creating a professional ID card. If you’d prefer us to prepare the design for you, our Design Help service includes one printed card and instructions showing you how to create more.

Check the status in Orders. If your order is still pending, you can edit the card, but please ring or email us straight away to tell us what you have changed. If printing has already started, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll let you know what can still be changed.

Yes, you can. Simply log in and go to My Cards, where you’ll find all the ID cards you’ve created. Copy the design you want to reuse, then update the cardholder’s details before ordering.

It is indeed. You can upload full-colour artwork or use the drawing tools in our online card designer to create a coloured background and add your text, logo, photograph and other details.

No. You can design and order one ID card or as many as you need, and you only pay for the cards you order.

We’re based in the UK and are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time. We’re closed at weekends and on UK bank holidays.

UK standard delivery normally takes up to 2 working days after dispatch. Priority and guaranteed next-working-day options are also available at checkout.

Yes. We display a proof of your finished ID card in your basket, and you can also find it in My Cards. Please check the name, photograph and other details carefully before placing your order.

Yes. We only stock cardholders and accessories that are compatible with the standard-size ID cards we produce.

We do offer a Design Help service. This includes a professionally prepared ID card design, one printed card and instructions showing you how to create more cards from it.

Yes. Upload your print-ready PNG file in the card designer and resize it to fit the ID card. Your artwork should be 300 dpi and below 800 KB. If you need cards for several people, create the first card, then copy and edit it for each additional cardholder.
