What to include:
Making the most of your ID Card means inputting all the necessary information so that your identity and company representation is clear. Here are some ideas of what to include on your card:
- Company name/logo
- Photo
- Cardholder name
- Job Title
- Expiry date
Examples:
We print edge to edge but advise against positioning key information and text too close to the edge to ensure you get the most out of your ID Cards.

Navigating the Designer & Tools for Formatting
There are many tools to help you format your ID Card, let’s look at the designer…
Either choose one of our premade templates or start your design from scratch.
Top tips:
- Copy your design, shapes or logo to the back of your card with just one click!
- Generate your own QR code with our designer – just insert the link to your website, choose your colours and generate.
- Require a punched slot, hole, signature or magnetic strip? Just hover over the ‘options’ dropdown and select your desired choice.
- Magnetic & Signature strip cards only available for single side card designs.
- Need the same design on multiple cards? No need to redesign the entire card, just duplicate and change the details as required.
- Use the grid function to help align your assets.
- Minimum text for legibility is 4pt.
